Which US metro area will GM Cruise first restart (or start) giving public rides in? With a safety driver is fine and expected. Public = non-GM non-Cruise employees.

New answers should be a specific US city/metro area. If an answer is not a specific city, or if an answer is already including in another metro area, or if the city is outside the US, I will resolve N/A

For example, Phoenix AZ includes Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, etc.

Context

With GM cutting back Cruise, Cruise is apparently planning to relaunch and focus on one specific city.

This will resolve only once the first public rides are given

"We remain focused on commercializing a fully driverless L4 service, relaunching ridehail in one city to start,” Mo Elshenawy wrote in a Dec. 1 message
