Resolved
YES

The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) plans to open the Central Subway on Saturday, January 7 at 8am (US Pacific Time) for full-time service. This market resolves to yes if the Central Subway completes its first week of service (up to Friday, January 13 at 11:59pm) without a disruption of service. The service disruption would be a closure or significant delay, in either direction, for at least four continuous hours. The service disruption is "significant" if it is verified by news coverage in the Chronicle, the Examiner, the Standard, KQED, or Mission Local.

I haven't seen any news articles talking about any service disruptions on the T-Third line nor Central Subway. If you believe this market should resolve to NO, you have 24 hours to make your case.
