The official schedule separates two milestones: construction completion of the U5 to Frankhplatz in 2026, and passenger operation in 2030. Vienna’s April 30 update says system testing starts after structural completion in 2026. Does “completed” here mean construction, or opening to passengers? That distinction seems decisive, so I’m passing at 22% pending clarification. No position.
