The electric vehicle and clean energy company, previously incorporated in Delaware, has completed all necessary filings to become a Texas corporation, as confirmed during the meeting held earlier this week.
(Bloomberg) -- Tesla Inc. has officially shifted its incorporation to Texas from Delaware, according to paperwork filed with the Texas secretary of state’s office.

@houstonEuler I'm not an expert on the way these things work, but would assume 'yes' if Tesla changes the incorporation legally even if it later get's changed back
