Poland has announced its intent to fly all their MiG-29 jets to a US air base in Germany. If these MiGs make their way to Ukraine, so that Ukrainian pilots can fly them, or if other MiGs not currently being used by Ukraine do the same, before March 15th, this market will resolve YES.
