Resolves when there is a clear scientific consensus, stays open until then.

This market resolves YES if at least one type of shrimp is sentient, and can only resolve NO with a consensus that all shrimp are non-sentient. For example in the event some shrimp species are sentient and some aren't, this shall resolve YES.
