The question on Metaculus resolves "as ambiguous" (equivalent to N/A I assume) in 2030 if no country has undertaken such embryo selection. However, this market expires in 2299, so am I correct to assume there is no such rule here? Moreover there is a discrepancy between the title and the description of that question. Are we going by the title, which says "first ten countries," or the description, which says (I believe in error) "first country?"
