Resolves positively if 2 different roommates each attend at least 90 minutes of the party. Minutes do not need to be consecutive, but they must be within the hours of partytime. Partytime is between 7pm and the time the penultimate guest leaves. The roommates must be reasonably engaged in group activity or in discussion with non-roommate partygoers to be considered "attending the party"
