This market will resolve to YES if and only if all German states lift mask mandates in public transport at any point before April 2023.
If at least one state keeps mask mandates in place, the market will resolve to NO.
The deadline is midnight April 1st 2023 (central European time).
The YES resolution is unaffected by any state reversing its policy (i.e. first lifting the mandates and then applying them again).

All the states have announced the end to mandatory mask wearing in public transport. The last one is Thuringia, where the mandate is to expire on February 3rd.
