On January 31, 2020, then-Secretary of Health and Human Services for the US Alex Azar, first declared a public health emergency due to Covid. Current HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra declared its most recent continuation on October 27, 2022 (here are all the public health emergency declarations). CNBC also reported that the October declaration extended the PHE until at least January 11, 2023, and that the absence of a 60-day notification on November 11, 2022, indicated that it would continue until at least mid January 2023.
Submit three-letter month and year combinations as answers, e.g. Jan 2023. I will resolve it when the PHE first ends, i.e. not when HHS states it will end beginning with a 60-day notice (as HHS could revoke the notice).
