This will resolve to YES if there is a syntax to accomplish searching for tweets that have been liked by a certain user.

If it only ships on web, it still resolves to YES.
If anyone else at twitter builds it, it will still resolve to YES.

Otherwise, on January 1st, it will resolve to NO


Third Party browser extensions don't count.
Edge case: if a version is shipped & rolled back within 12 hours, I will not resolve.
