Will the Masterton District Council, Carterton District Council, and South Wairarapa District Council (all territorial authorities in New Zealand) be amalgamated into a single territorial authority before 1/1/2030, regardless of whether other councils (e.g. Tararua District) are also included?
Resolution criteria:
Resolves Yes if, before 1/1/2030, those three councils are legally amalgamated into one territorial authority under New Zealand law.
Resolves No if no such amalgamation has taken legal effect by that date.
Inclusion or exclusion of other councils (such as Tararua District) does not affect resolution.
