In recent years the NFL has been growing it's international fan base, with exhibition games in Frankfurt, London, and Mexico City. Flag Football will also be coming to the 2028 Olympics. Will all this result in expanding the league outside the US?
An announcement that this will occur in the future will be sufficient so long as the announcement is reasonably definitive.
