If no result by end of 2024, will reslove in NO. $XLM Stellar Lumens must be an accepted platform to trade any CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) issued by the United States Federal Reserve System. This means that $XLM Stellar Lumens itself, or any token that operates on the Stellar Network, must be considered as valid tender, or legally accepted collateral, by the United States Federal Reserve System, by the end of 2024. For example: IF $USDC becomes the CBDC of the United States Federal Reserve System as determined in an official press release or announcement, and it operates on multiple cryptocurrency blockchains one of which includes $XLM Stellar Lumens, then this market will resolve in a YES.
