To resolve in a YES: Kamala Harris must be sworn in and take oath to become President of the United States between creation of this market and 11/05/2024. This is the only condition to resolve YES.
This can happen for any reason under any circumstance. It does not matter how long Kamala Harris is President for after assuming Presidency, only that it occurrs at all between creation of this market and 11/05/2024.
