Resolves yes if at least 10,000 housing units are constructed and either occupied or on the market on Tejon Ranch between Los Angeles and Bakersfield. Still resolves yes if the property changes to another owner.

The several hundred apartment units recently built at Tejon Ranch Commerce Center count towards this goal, miscellaneous preexisting houses not count.

According to my readings over 30k housing units are being proposed.
