In "Announcement - A sustainable mana economy" [1] the team said that the formula for fees will initially be:
Fees = (shares) × prob × (1-prob) × 0.07
The formula implies a maximum fee of an (IMHO not unreasonable) 1.75%. As of 2024-04-19 the fees however can be as high as 7%, i.e. 4 times above the announced formula (IMHO making it likely to be larger than net expected profit in many trades).
I am not following discord (too time consuming) so I might have missed some developments. Specifically, if the fees did follow the announced formula for a brief time but then were intentionally quadrupled, this will resolve NA.
