The question resolves based on the total sum added to the leaderboard at https://web3isgoinggreat.com/charts/top for the one month of market duration. Will resolve based on the value in the first day after market close - estimates for older events are sometimes revisited in light of new evidence, but this won't change ther resolution of this market.
Some stats so far (in millions USD):
Dec 16th - Jan 15th: 186
Jan 16th - Feb 15th: 193 (as of resolution) / 252 (after later updates)
Feb 16th - Mar 15th: 354
Mar 16th - Apr 15th: 194
