On Feb. 10th, Donald Trump's justice department dropped all charges into a corruption investigation surrounding Adams, following Adams' attempts at being buddy-buddy with the Trump administration. They seem to have worked, with Adams taking a harsher stance on immigration. Adams' approval rating has been staggeringly low already - His most recent poll (from Feb. 7) had him deep underwater, at just 27% approval.
