That Richland county margin is bothering me. The SCVotes site says 100% reporting so I don’t know where AP/NYT or DDHQ are saying Richland still has votes to be counted. I am giving them until Monday 5pm ET to show Richland as fully reported, otherwise I’ll go off the SOS data and resolve 60% as No
