There is considerable misunderstanding of what strategic ambiguity is in this context. The US's strategy of remaining silent on whether it would support Taiwan if China attacked is referred to as SA with regard to Taiwan (from this point forward). Before June 15th excludes then 15th, right? So this resolves NO? 

Correct this is before the 15th. To me, it closes on 16th just in case people wanted to keep trading it

 close is the 17th, title says before 15th. If prizes come today or tomorrow does it still resolve as NO I think is the question.
