M$ may be boring, but it works. M$ looks like a currency, but ϻ doesn't mean anything to new users. Why add this cognitive hurdle for new users to get over?

@NcyRocks Underrated option. This is an actual currency symbol that is recognizable as such (given the slash going through it).
actually 真名 is better. Maybe 真名钱?
@ian Hm not a fan because 1234¢ is the more common parlance for cents; and also it competes against being called mana.
@JamesGrugett I like this! I think the current m123 is confusing and doesn't imply it's a currency like this answer does.
I like this as well. It's an M, it has an arrow, it's available in a variety of fonts (including Unicode/emoji for ease of typing on mobile) fairly readable and yet distinctive. Full disclosure though, I am a Scorpio.
