Kenan Thompson has been on SNL since 2003 and is the longest tenured cast member. This market will resolve to YES if he announces that he is leaving the show anytime before the premiere of the next season (season 50) which is usually in mid October. If he is still on the cast in that season premiere episode this market will resolve to NO.
