Will the downward trend reverse if the DoE is abolished?
Resolves N/A if the DoE is not abolished before July 4, 2026
Resolves YES if the 2028 average SAT score is greater than 1050.
Resolves NO if the 2028 average SAT score is 1050 or less
If the SAT changes significantly, as it did between 2016 and 2017, this will resolve N/A as it cannot be graded.
