Creator seems inactive. Should probably resolve to 4.5.

@oh Tried resolving it for 4.5 but it will only allow me to enter 4 or 45, no decimal. Any idea how to resolve this properly?

@Maccahb It is also fair (in expectation) to resolve to 4 or 5 each with 50% probability.
