Why did @Luca3f84 get 4 fivestar reviews and not 1 one to fourstar review?
Please correct me, if I'm wrong. I just want to make sure, I'm right with this one before rating.
@Eliza resolved this question as a trustworthy user with great reviews. Despite the fact, that this question has been a little bit (in my eyes unnecessary) controversial, the user didn't respond to comments or even resolved the question. We are rating @Luca3f84 and not @Eliza under this question.
@stony what are you talking about? I wrote this comment 5 days ago, of course his interface has changed. He still hasn't replied to any comments, etc.
@Lion I didn't realize some admin had to resolve it, as it's not clearly indicated in the rating interface, hence the 5 stars.

'to fall because you hit your foot on something'
Joe Biden did not fall in that footage.
@DanW Are you saying he didn't 'suddenly go down [...] towards the ground without intending to'? https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/fall
This is definitely not the only interpretation of 'trip up'.
https://www.wordnik.com/words/trip%20up - To fall or stumble.
https://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/trip+up - To trip, stumble, or lose one's footing. The 'or' in the title shows that OP thought of the two as different things - and the sentence was written in a way to suggest that to the people betting. You can fall over without tripping, and you can trip without falling over. Imagine if the title was "Will he die or get killed?". The "or get killed" is redundant, since if he got killed, he also would've died. But if you change the title to; "Will he be a victim of manslaughter, or get murdered?", the use of the or makes sense. So the reasonable reading of the title of this post is that 'trip up' and 'fall' have different meanings.
Never mind, the title didn't only say 'fall over', it said 'trip up OR fall over'. This definitely should be resolved YES.
I’m a disinterested party here, and not a Trumper: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12629135/amp/Biden-stumbles-climbing-stairs-speak-Philadelphia.html

@PGeyer Correct, not a fall over, no, but a trip up, yes, as many news sources that covered it referred to it as (a trip). It was covered by many, many news sources. Please do a search. It was on CNN that I first saw the video, before I ever encountered this market.
Just checked, and Fox unsurprisingly covered it, too, as a trip.
It’s not big big news because we all know it happens now. He’s got balance issues, no shock there, and he is an active man with cameras on him any time he’s in the public.
Again, I have zero in this market. And I understand the market maker here has some time discretion on resolving the question. No problem, just providing info.
