Resolves YES if the bill prevents medicaid or Medicare from paying for any of:
HRT (or components thereof) for people in any age range
Puberty blockers
Gender affirming surgeries (within medical norms, not including experimental procedures)
I reserve the right to resolve at a floating rate if something funky happens, and I will do my best to not abuse that.
Otherwise resolves NO upon signing of the bill
