A famous person is defined as someone who has an English Wikipedia article, and it must be clear that it's their account (not a fan page, etc.). They must also have at least one million followers on the platform where the post was made.

A tweet, for this market, is defined as a short-form text post on any public social media platform (i.e. X, Truth Social, Facebook; Telegram does not count). Pictures can be attached. The tweet must be a maximum of 140 characters 20 words (numbers and names count as words; symbols like periods, commas, etc. do not).

Feel free to add a tweet yourself, or ask in the comment section if you don’t want to spend the Mana. I’ll add it if it makes sense. Please submit tweets in the format "[Name] – [Tweet]" and include a link or embed in the comments. Ensure that the tweets were originally posted (not reposted) in 2024 (UTC), and replies or quote tweets (allthough the text above a repost is sufficient) are not sufficient for this market. Each user is allowed to submit a maximum of 5 tweets. Tweets can be deleted later.

This market resolves with a poll with the title "What is the Worst Tweet of 2024 by a famous person?" that I will run for one week in 2025. If there’s a tie between multiple answers, it will resolve to multiple answers with their respective percentages. The poll will be sorted first by the highest number of YES holders (not including bots), and if those are tied, by the highest percentage at market close. If these are still tied, I will physically flip a coin. "Others" won’t appear in the poll, even though you can buy it and receive shares of submissions that may be added later.The market and submissions will close on December 31st 2024 at 23:59 UTC.
