Intercepted bombings won’t count. Israel’s economic waters also included.

Example of major civilian infrastructure: power station, gas rig, airport, seaport, water desalination plant, oil refinery, etc…

can you define what is a "successful hit"? does it mean "hit at all" or "significantly damages it" or "successfully destroys it"?

If a power station is hit, but it's back to operation within 48h, was this a successful hit?

I’d say “significantly damages it”.

Once there’s a media report of the power station (or other site) being hit, the market will resolve as YES.
