Resolution Criteria

This market resolves YES if Iran and Israel establish formal diplomatic relations before each year. Formal diplomatic relations are defined as: the opening of official embassies in each other's capitals, exchange of ambassadors, or an official bilateral agreement explicitly establishing diplomatic ties recognized by both governments and the international community.

Diplomatic relations following regime change will still count.
