This market resolves YES if, before 2023 is out, the group has had their stripe funding cancelled. It resolves NO if they make it to the end of the year uninterrupted.

This is regardless of whether they ever get their money out. If stripe suspends their account temporarily or kicks them off the platform it resolves YES.
