Resolution Criteria

• The market will resolve YES for the date on which OpenAI makes any o1 model publicly available to all users (not just Plus or Team subscribers)

• "Publicly available" means accessible to free users without any subscription or special access requirements

• If o1 is not released to the public during the specified period (December 4-20), the "Will not be released to the public during this period" option will resolve YES

• The market will resolve based on OpenAI's official announcements or actions

• If o1 becomes publicly available on multiple dates (e.g., staged rollout), the market will resolve YES for the first date of general availability

• If o1 is released to the public before December 4 or after December 20, the "Will not be released to the public during this period" option will resolve YES
