Current weight 95.7kg. I want to be sub 90 for my holiday.
I'll post weight every morning I'm on manifold.
(That I remember)
Will aim to track calories, but I've never tried to lose weight before. No medication. Pretty strong motivation, been going through a turbulent time recently, I need some sense of control lol.

11 days out, haven't yet broken 94 kg 👀 (was 94.1 this morning)
I would say, it's not looking good,
I don't intend to "at all costs" weight dip Aka will likely not water cut.
Will likely stick with regular diet/walks.
@Kronos1770 I don't mean this in a BINDING way, aka I might get a random spur of motivation to water cut/ fast, but I don't expect to, I'm not planning it, and I've never done it before(so would doubt id be successful even if I tried)
Just Stream of Consciousness update stuff.
@Kronos1770 I'll comment here _if_ I change my mind/ do go for the Dive bomb water cut/ fast strategy!
@Kronos1770 FWIW I think this is a case of setting an unrealistic/unhealthy goal rather than failing at weight loss. Standard medical advice is to lose no more than 0.5-1% of your body weight per week. Going faster than that is more likely to result in a yo-yo effect, which ends up losing a lot of muscle in the process.
Even though I bet no for the specific goal, I'm still rooting for your overall trend!
@Jen6382 great points:)
This is my first taster of these "personal goals" here,
Not at all discouraged, and will likely try another with a less "next X0 number" and more medically informed target:)
I'll take this 0.5-1% into account! (Likely...) Enjoy your manna and thanks:)
