Resolves whichever happens first:
- YES if Ricciardo and Lawson are both healthy and Ricciardo is preferred for any race remaining this season.
- NO if Lawson is announced as the preferred driver for the rest of the season.
Note these may conflict, say Lawson is announced as the preferred driver and then does poorly and is replaced later on, or vice versa, this would still resolve NO and YES, respectively, based on whichever event occurs first.
