Resolves TRUE if a 9 inning (or 8.5 if the home team does not need to bat) MLB game is completed in 4 hours, 20 minutes, 0 seconds or more in the 2023 season.

Rain delays or other acts of God don't count toward the time, as far as I can understand there's a standard metric for omitting these delays and counting how long a game lasts, which is widely reported.
