There will be at least one playoff series where the requirements to win are not balanced; e.g. it's a series "first to 3 wins" but one team starts with 1 win counted already.

This might occur as a replacement for teams which currently get a "bye" week - rather than a "bye" they may be given this advantageous series situation so it's easier for them to win, due to having been ahead during the regular season.
