This is a Japanese language film that cost $15 million dollars to make and is getting all round good reviews. That being said, it's still a Japanese language film and hard to get people's attention, and I don't believe it was submitted for contention for International Feature / Foreign Language whatever the fuck.

Jimmy Kimmel will be hosting the Oscars, and he has a history with Godzilla. He famously convinced people the 2014 version was based on a true story.

The market will resolve YES if the word "Godzilla" is spoken by anyone during the telecast, presenter, nominee, whomever. Red Carpet does not count, only the official telecast.
