If there is a motion to vacate, will any Democrat vote to keep McCarthy as speaker. This would include YES vote or any tactic that helps get McCarthy over the line such as D's voting PRESENT.
@SemioticRivalry I'm counting the first vote on any action on the motion to vacate. I think it is likely to come up as a motion to table the motion, but if the first action on the motion is to try and refer it to committee, then I would count that.

@SemioticRivalry @shump I was trying to say that if the D's helped table the motion, that would count as them voting to keep the speaker. Now that they are voting on the actual motion to vacate, I think that is the relevant vote. It will likely mimic the results of the table vote, but let's hold out and see.
