Each day resolves Yes or No.
Anything NEW about the moon, its future, tech for moon, or science about moon resolves that day Yes.
Any major source counts such as Space Agencies, Governments, News Outlets or reputable and widely respected sources. (Not some guy on Youtube or his own website making solo discoveries. If an amateur person does make a discovery it won't resolve any days Yes until a major source covers it. Only the day/s the major source covers it will resolve Yes.
Timezone is local time
Example of "major source"
Agencies: NASA, CSA, ESA, ISRO, CNSA, JAXA
Companies: SpaceX, Blue Origin, Virgin Galatic, Rocket Lab
Publications: Nature, Science, Astronomy & Astrophysics, The Astrophysical Journal
ETC: Any major news network/Government.
@traders On 3 May 2024, at 09:27 UTC the Chang’e-6 lunar probe was launched from Hainan Province, China. The Chang’e-6 mission aims to return samples from the far side of the Moon and is planned to return in 53 days.
You can read more about it here: https://www.cnsa.gov.cn/english/n6465652/n6465653/c10523137/content.html
I've also made this dashboard: https://manifold.markets/news/change6-mission
Be sure to keep any eye on Chang'e-6 progress. The day it lands/fails, returns and we get something like this for the samples from Chang'e-6. JAXA is also doing some things with it's SLIM project so that might turn something up as well, specifically in regards to new tech moon landers can use for GPS and lighter weight.
I'm changing the timezone to be local time. This doesn't effect the resolution of this day. It was May 3 in China and ET.
