Resolves NO if the World Record for Super Mario 64 120 Star of 1h 36m 48s by Karin achieved on 2023-10-21 is still the world record on 2024-04-20 00:00:00 UTC.
Any archive saved to archive.is of speedrun.com/sm64 before 2024-04-20 00:00:00 UTC with a qualifying new world record can be used for YES validation. The first archive saved after then with no new WR can be used for NO validation.
