Obvious spoofs or AI generated fakes do not count, there has to be some legitimate connection that guarantees that the publication isn't unauthorized, and or riding on the reputation of someone else without permission. Has to be on physical media that can be read by the unaided eye. Microprinted works, rosetta disks or microfiche do not count (do create markets for those though if you are so inclined).
