Resolution criteria:
This market will resolve to "Yes" if, following the 2025 Canadian federal election, the New Democratic Party (NDP) secures at least 12 seats in the House of Commons, thereby achieving official party status. If the NDP wins fewer than 12 seats, the market will resolve to "No." The official seat count will be determined based on the final results published by Elections Canada.
