COMMENT CLARIFICATION: I have to make an embarrassing confession: the site I intended to use as resolution criteria turns out not to be the official BRICS site but rather a Russian misinformation portal.

I intend now to wait until the BRICS summit (October) and resolve based on which of these six countries (not their leaders!) attend. I am open to better suggestions on resolution criteria here.
