The real CGPGrey has a Manifold Account per this market. Will the account have the badge by the end of 2023?

Resolves YES if @CGPGrey has a badge with the substring "trust" (case insensitive) in it by the end of 2023. If the account name is changed, then this market will resolve based on the new account name.

Note that this market will not resolve YES if @CGPGrey gets some other badge without the substring "trust" that somehow indicates that the account is real.
