What counts as shenanigans? I moved a few markets to make sure I promoted, but nobody fought me on it, so it was pretty pedestrian.

Well this market is about masters so wouldn't count that, and I was watching the masters rankings pretty close. Resolving YES.

That seems coincidental, many of the shenanigan markets were ones that are still ranked.

What happens if leagues are removed?

If this hadn't resolves yes by that point, then I think it would resolve no since we'd expect there to be no future opportunities for it to resolve yes.
