This question resolves according to the list on the US DOJ website. It currently lists 9 presidential pardons in 2022. At the end of the year, this question resolves YES if there are more than 9 pardons listed for 2023, 50% for a tie, and NO if there are fewer than 9 pardons listed.

@Tumbles The 2022 ones happened on December 30th so I feel like we can't rule out some last minute update. Gonna wait 'till tomorrow for this one.

One new pardon on the 20th. Not sure why I banned myself from trading on this market but seems I did so y'all feel free to update on this information.
