That's my understanding of @bohaska's market's rules, but I'll ultimately go by whatever they consider enough to resolve that market.

@CodeandSolder The crime they are arrested for also has to be a misdemeanor or felony.

@bohaska finding a cop willing to arrest one on suspicion the salt they always carry with in a small plastic bag in case a meal is not salty enough is not in fact salt, to release them when the tests come back negative does not sound impossible

I think GDPR violations can only lead to civil penalties, so that wouldn’t count here, if I’m understanding the question.

@NicoDelon Correction. Most violations would fall under civil law but in some countries it seems the most severe breaches could lead to criminal charges.
