I'm starting to wonder if anyone actually uses the home feed 😅

I’m fine with seeing a lot of reposts, but I never want to see the same one more than once. There’s some weeks old reposts that continue to be in my home feed after seeing them a dozen times.

I'm noticing an imbalance towards people who follow me, which of course makes sense as I only just made the poll. I think that might even out as time goes on?

I wonder if the people who follow me are also all firstborn children who would cut off all their fingers for ten trillion dollars, as that was also the much more imbalanced early-responder sample of my other recent polls.

And then everyone who will later see this in their feed is a younger sibling who wants to keep their fingers.

Made this bc I think I might repost things too much and don't realize it because I can't see my own reposts. I think I will try to repost a little more selectively regardless of the poll results here, but wanted to get some data on it.

I saw it in my emails because I follow you and have email notifications on for "New questions from users you follow"
