I was pretty close last time until the last minute shake-up due to the fallout from the AI letter market, and I probably would have been able to make it if my sneaky plan had worked.

That seems to put me in a good position this time: Most of the strongest competition has already been promoted, so it should be easier to get promoted this time; I'm already ranked #3 in my League, so I'm on track to get promoted; and I could always attempt my sneaky plan again this time (It will probably work if I'm more motivated to follow through on it, as long as the League rules don't change).

However, there is one factor that could weigh against this, which is that I will be much busier in June than I was in May, so I will probably be using Manifold less.
