@asmith Very good question. I didn't really think it through when I made the market. I'll rule that "Other" has to be either an entire country that currently produces <$5B/year of gold, or something else that isn't based on Earth land (e.g., mining on the moon)
@JonathanRay which could include a lot of countries that currently produce slightly less than 65 tons of gold, and are gambling on some combination of production increase and price increase. I'm sorry the wording of the question doesn't quite capture the intended spirit of the question
